New horizon school is a public school for special needs children. New Horizon School provides the opportunity for special needs children to develop their full potential intellectually, socially, emotionally, physically, and vocationally. The money we raise from this fundraiser and raffle baskets will help New Horizon School PTO to provide such things as community based instruction, special programming, social events, and special equipment for the special needs children.
