Aliquippa School District

Lunches Available at Aliquippa Jr./Sr. High School During Closure

With schools being closed for the next two weeks, meals will be available for pick-up only for anybody 18 years of age and younger at the Aliquippa JSHS cafeteria beginning Monday, March 16, 2020, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.


Ambridge Area School District

Ambridge Area School District has designated lunch only meal services in three locations throughout the district.

This service will run from Tuesday, March 17, 2020 through Friday, March 27, 2020 in the following locations:

Ambridge High School:

11:00 am – 11:30 - High School parking lot.
State Street Elementary:

11:15 am – 11:45 am at the Main Entrance.
Economy Elementary:

11:30 am – 12:00 noon at the Kindergarten Entrance.


Beaver Area School District

Free Lunch:

Beginning Tuesday, March 17, any student 18 years of age or under may receive a free breakfast and lunch, whether or not they live in our community.

Boxed meals can be picked up at the Bridgewater Fire Station on 619 Market Street between the hours of 10 AM and Noon

Big Beaver Falls Area School District

Starting Tuesday March 17, 2020, all caregivers and familys may drive-thru and pick up meals for their children. Lunch and breakfast will be provided on a first come first serve basis. We will adjust daily meal counts based on participation.  Meals will be given to children under 18. Lunches include a sandwiches, fresh vegetables, fruit and milk. Cereal and other assorted breakfast items, along with fruit juice and milk will be provided  for breakfast. Congregating at the locations is NOT permitted and all meals must be eaten off site.

Blackhawk School District

Grab 'n Go Meals

The Food Service Department of the Blackhawk School District will be providing free breakfast and lunch to all students during the district closure. Grab 'n Go Meals will be offered curbside at all schools.

The service will begin on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 from 11am - 12pm.

Please call 724-846-9600 x1016 or email (daily by 10:30am) to leave your name, number of students you are requesting meals for and which building you will be picking up from. Delivery options are available.

Pickups will be at the following locations:
• Blackhawk High School-curbside at Door #6
• Highland Middle School-curbside at the Gymnasium Door
• Blackhawk Intermediate School-curbside in the Bus Drop Lane
• Patterson Primary School-curbside at the Front Main Entrance

Freedom Area School District

Freedom Food Service Department will be providing meals (curbside) to any child eighteen and under free of charge. We will provide a cold breakfast and lunch for the following day.

This service will start Tuesday, March 17th and continue each weekday through March 27th, 2020.

There will be 3 pick-up locations.
Parents may drive around through the bus loop to pick up the meals at the Middle School, the Old Conway School building, or the Old Big Knob School building.

The meals will be distributed curbside. No appointments are necessary. Meal service pick-up will take place from 4 pm until 6 pm at each location every weekday March 17th - March 27th.

The times listed are in an effort to accommodate possible work schedules.


Hopewell Area School District

Breakfast and Lunch will be provided at no charge to students of families that qualify in grab and go style. Meal service will begin Tuesday, March 17 and will continue each day through Friday, March 27 between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at the Junior High building’s main entrance.

All meals will be distributed as grab and go, but we request that you contact the day before with the number of breakfasts and lunches needed. Please email Nancy Barber, at or call 724.375.6691 X3009 before 3:00 the day before lunch is requested. Due to the short notice, we will accept orders for tomorrow until 8:00 AM on March 17.

We understand that these are unprecedented times, and we recognize the impact that this may have on our students and community. Midland Borough School District

New Brighton School District

NBASD is planning to begin meal service throughout our community on Wednesday, March 18, 2020. We anticipate meal service to occur between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at various sites around the community. Meal service will consist of a bag/box that a parent, student, or family member can stop and pick-up. To avoid a gathering of a crowd, there will be no eating of the meals at the pick-up sites. We anticipate each meal will include both a breakfast and lunch option inside the bag/box. Locations will be announced in the coming days.


Riverside Beaver County Distrcit Food Service

Riverside Food Service Department will be providing meals (curbside) to any child eighteen and under free of charge. We will provide a cold breakfast and lunch for the following day.

This service will start Tuesday, March 17th and continue each weekday through March 27th, 2020. There will be three pick-up locations.

Parents may drive around through the Middle School bus loop to pick up their meals, the Franklin Fire Hall, or the North Sewickley Fire Hall. The meals will be distributed curbside.

No appointments are necessary; however, for meal preparation purposes, we do ask that you order ahead of time by either completing the food distribution survey on our website or calling (724)758-7512 x3033 by noon on Tuesday. Meal service pick-up will take place from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at the aforementioned locations every weekday March 17th-March 27th. The times listed are in an effort to accommodate possible work schedules.


Rochester Area School District

The RASD will offer free meals to any child 18 and under beginning Monday, March 16. Children must be present to receive a meal. The children can take the meal home to eat. You do NOT need to be a Rochester resident to participate.


South Side Area School District

Starting 3/17/2020 FREE LUNCHES TO ANYONE 18 and UNDER. There will be meals dropped off at the following sites. (Times may vary)

Western Beaver County School District

Food Service Announcement • The food service department of WBSD will be providing free breakfast and lunch to any child aged 1-18 in our district during the district closure. • Grab and go meals will be offered curbside at our schools or delivery service if needed. • The service will begin Tuesday, March 17th, 2020 from 11-12:00. There will be no access to the buildings. • Please call 724.643.8500 and choose option 5 by 10:30 to order a lunch for the next day as we MUST have the lunch count by this time. Please leave the following information: o Your name o Any dietary need o # of breakfasts and lunches for children aged 1-18 o Which building you will pick up at or your address for delivery • Pick up is daily from 11-12:00. o Fairview pick up will be in the bus lane in front of the blue door. o High school pick up will be all the way around back at the double purple doors.
