Ready Yourselves Youth Ranch is for children, ages 6 through 18, who are dealing with challenges and difficulties. It connects one child, one horse, and one mentor for ninety minutes of interactive experience, free of charge. Learning to care for and ride rescue horses, many who have come from environments of abuse or neglect, increases a child's trust, faith and love. The overall aim of its session program is to love and encourage children which in turn will foster hope and joy. The ranch provides a program for youths in the Beaver County juvenile system.

The show is a memorial to Pam Beglin Licht and a fundraiser for RYYR. Before her death (age 67), she gave Coupe, her horse, to her sister Terri Holman. Bob (Pam's husband), Terri, and Jim see to all Coupe's needs and expenses. Terri lends Coupe to be used in the Ready Yourselves Youth Ranch (http://www.ryyr.org/) program for troubled youths. Pam felt strongly about supporting and volunteering at RYYR, so she did both. Coupe continues her support of RYYR as a therapy horse and is her ambassador for unconditional love. He reminds those that have lost a loved one that there is still joy in the world to been discovered. Although he was confused initially, Coupe has adjusted to life without his beloved owner because he gives and receives love from the youths he serves.
