Did you know it takes more than 800 volunteers, 700 chicken wings, 966 packages of buns, and 1,500 pounds of lamb to put on the festival?! Hats off to the Festival Committee, a non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers who make this magic happen year after year. 🙌
